A promo\u00e7\u00e3o permite a mudan\u00e7a de classe atrav\u00e9s da apresenta\u00e7\u00e3o de certificados de qualifica\u00e7\u00e3o. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span class=\"apple-converted-space\"><span style=\"font-size: 10.0pt;line-height: 115%;font-family: 'Verdana','sans-serif';color: #0a0a0a\">O decreto tem efeito retroativo a 1\u00ba de abril, e beneficiar\u00e1 os servidores que apresentaram t\u00edtulos entre outubro de 2012 e 14 de junho de 2013. A partir da promo\u00e7\u00e3o, os trabalhadores poder\u00e3o obter reajustes entre 8% e 15% entre uma classe e outra.
